What do I need to know before I arrive?

Our course listing include prerequisite listings so that you have the skills you need before enrolling. Our instructions are patient, respectful, and passionate people so we will support you throughout the classes.


How experienced are your instructors?

Our instructors speak at WordCamp events nation-wide. They are experts in WordPress and work on projects in their respective fields daily. They will answer all of your questions in class or find an answer for you afterwards.


How many students are in each class?

Most of our training sessions consist of 5-15 students. This allows us to give time and attention to each student. We also have two teaching assistants available to help answer your questions.


Do I need to bring my own device?

Yes, please bring a laptop that you’re comfortable and familiar with. We will help troubleshoot any issues throughout the class and provide links and resources to course material in advance. Our instructors are familiar with both PC and Mac environments.


Is lunch provided?

Lunch is provided for all our Full Day classes! Half Day class attendees are encouraged to bring a snack.


What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. They can be transferred to one other person or the next available class date if notified 48 hours in advance.
